with Application Support (L1/L3), Development,\nQA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable system operations\nin highly regulated banking environments.\nYOU\nWILL\n»Provide Level 2 DevOps\noperational support for banking applications across development, testing, UAT,\nand production environments.\n»Monitor system health,\ninfrastructure, and application performance, proactively identifying and\nresolving issues before business impact.\n»Troubleshoot and\nresolve environment, deployment, pipeline, and infrastructure issues beyond L1\ncapability.\n»Support and maintain\nCI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and platform configurations.\n»Manage and support\ncontainerized and cloud-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).\n»Perform root cause\nanalysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and contribute to permanent fixes.\n»Collaborate with\ndevelopment and QA teams to support application deployments, hotfixes, and\nconfiguration changes.\n»Ensure systems comply\nwith security, compliance, and regulatory requirements applicable to KSA\nbanking clients.\n»Maintain operational\ndocumentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.\n»Participate in on-call\nor incident response activities when required.\nRequirements\n»TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED\n»Bachelor’s degree in Computer\nScience, Engineering, or a related field.\n»5-10 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Support role.\n»Strong experience with CI/CD\ntools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).\n»Strong experience with OpenShift.\n»Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix\nsystems and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).\n»Experience with containerization\nand orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n»Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).\n»Solid understanding of ITIL-based\noperations, incident, and problem management.\n»Experience supporting production\nsystems with high availability and strict SLAs.\n»Strong troubleshooting,\ncommunication, and collaboration
