cross-functional teams to ensure product\nrequirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with quality objectives.\n»Integrate automated testing pipelines within CI/CD processes to\nenable for testability and robust system design.\nRequirements\n»TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED\n»Bachelor’s degree in\nComputer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n»6-10 years of experience in\nsoftware testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or similar leadership\nrole.\n»Strong hands-on experience\nwith automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium,\nTestNG, JUnit, etc.).\n»Proficiency in at least one\nprogramming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.\n»Experience integrating test\nautomation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).\n»Strong knowledge of API and\nbackend testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.\n»Experience with performance\ntesting (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6).\n»Familiarity with test\nmanagement and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail).\n»Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and\norganizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.\n»Proven leadership and\ncommunication skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration and\ninfluence quality
