Develops and uses hazardous chemicals, related to product and equipment. Performs preventative maintenance and works with assortment of machine equipment.Roles and Responsibilities:\nLoad and Unload CVD furnaces without supervision.\nTear out and Re-line CVD furnaces without supervision.\nProvide limited furnace maintenance, including replacement of insulation, heating elements, and other components.\nMonitor and adjust CVD furnaces during coating\nOperate and/or shut down CVD furnaces during emergency situations (i.e. power loss, acts of nature, etc.)\nPerform minor preventative maintenance to various pieces of equipment (i.e. oil changes, filter changes, valve replacements, etc.)\nOperate equipment for grinding graphite and/or silicon carbide (i.e. lathe, drill press, surface grinder, etc.)\nExamines job order to determine quantity, specifications, and special instructions.\nSafely operates forklift to transport hazardous chemicals.\nInstalls and un-installs hazardous chemicals into tanks.\nTroubleshoots quality concerns and identifies root causes of issues during process.\nWears required personal protective equipment at all times in areas where mandatory\nJob Requirements\nShift:\nSwing: Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm - 1:00am, or 5:00pm - 3:00am\n10 hour shifts\nMust be able to train on Day Shift\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nExperience:\n1-2 years in a manufacturing environment\nFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nUnderstanding operation method of reactor (start up, shut down)\nUnderstanding temperature, pressure, voltage, current and gas flow\nUnderstanding all sorts of valves\nMethod of writing log sheet\nMethod of processing and removing graphite\nMethod of loading raw material\nFollowing working standard\n Target Hiring Range\nHourly: USD 23.92 - USD 28.95Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
