If you have a keen eye for quality, the ability to operate complex production equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you!\nWhy CoorsTek? | Benefits & Incentives\nAdditional $2.50/hour shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts\n401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% (no vesting period)\nHealth insurance starting in less than 30 days\n6 weeks paid parental leave\n2 weeks PTO in year 1, 3 weeks in year 2, increasing with tenure\n10 paid holidays annually\nAnnual bonus program and regular merit increases\n$300 annual wellness stipend\nTemperature-controlled machining environment\nAll tools provided by CoorsTek\nMental health support and Marketplace Chaplains\nFamily Assistance Program for financial hardships\nOngoing training and employee development\nStrong culture of internal promotion and advancement\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nOperate multiple, complex production equipment and/or a variety of production tools to manufacture parts in compliance with work order instructions.\nMake necessary machine adjustments and promptly contact the appropriate personnel when needed.\nInspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications, taking appropriate action for parts that do not meet standards and recommending solutions.\nUtilize computer software to transfer parts to the next process.\nLoad, unload, and stack products; transport products using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists.\nMaintain cleanliness in the work area, including machines, tools, and equipment.\nProvide training to incoming operators on processes and procedures.\nWear required personal protective equipment at all times in mandatory areas.\nJob Requirements\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary.\nExperience:\nA minimum of 1-year applicable manufacturing experience.\nFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAbility to understand and act on verbal and/or written instructions.\nProficient in reading/interpreting standard and metric measurements.\nIntermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).\nDeep knowledge of handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, and advanced measuring equipment like SmartScope or CMM.\nUse Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to read and understand the relationship between complex blueprints and parts.\nStrong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team from various cultures and backgrounds.\n Target Hiring Range\nHourly: USD 14.61 - USD 21.51Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
