We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.\nAbout the Role\nThe Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes and negotiating contracts to ensuring the customer has the right product mix for success.\nYou will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Sales and Customer\nSuccess teams to ensure customer renewal goals are met and that contracts are accurate.\nIn this role, you will work with cross-functional resources to minimize churn and increase net revenue retention.\nWhat You'll Do\nRenewal Ownership: Own renewal opportunities from quote to close.\nQuote & Order Management: Create quotes, manage orders, and report invoice\nrequirements to Accounting.\nNegotiation: Negotiate uplift and pricing changes.\nContract Compliance: Work with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date and\nensure that no contract is expired.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to develop\nsuccess strategies as required.\nExpansion Identification: Work with the account executive to identify expansion\nopportunities to increase Copado’s footprint at the customer.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS product\nYou have exceptional verbal and written communication skills\nYou have exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detail\nYou are highly organized, take initiative, require little direction and have a positive\nattitude.\nYou are a fit for Copado if:\nYou are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment\nYou love working in an agile environment and continuously strive for improvement\nWant to be part of the growth of an early-stage organization\nCopado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
