About the Role

Copado is looking for a highly analytical, collaborative, and business-minded Senior Analyst, GTM Operations to partner with our Enterprise Sales and Renewals organization. This role serves as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, helping drive predictable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, scalable processes, and operational excellence.

As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize renewal operations, and provide actionable insights that enable the business to execute with confidence. What You'll Do

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, CS, Finance, Marketing, and Product Ops
• Translate business priorities into scalable processes and executive-ready narratives
• Own the architecture, roadmap, and vendor ROI strategy for the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, CPQ)
• Enforce data governance standards across the entire customer lifecycle
• Support and continuously optimize the renewal management process
• Partner with leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and retention visibility
• Remove operational bottlenecks to boost business predictability
• Influence CRM design, automation, and UX alongside technical teams
• Define business requirements that elevate seller productivity and data quality
• Build actionable executive dashboards and lead ad hoc analyses for territory planning

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM Ops, or Renewal Strategy within B2B SaaS
• 1-2+ years supporting Renewals or Customer Success teams preferred
• Deep knowledge of SaaS revenue models, forecasting, and subscription metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR)
• Advanced Salesforce experience influencing CRM workflows and automation
• Strong analytics skills (Excel/Sheets, SQL) and BI reporting expertise
• Experience with modern GTM tools (Gong, ChurnZero, Clay) and integrating AI automations
• Background in Enterprise Sales support and pipeline management
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and delivering executive recommendations

Pay ranges are not necessarily representative of starting salaries for all locations. In addition to our outstanding benefits package, eligible full-time employees may also qualify for Copado's equity program.

Copado's pay ranges reflect On Target Earnings (OTE), which encompasses base salary, bonuses, and/or commissions for meeting 100% of set targets.
