Reporting to the Creative Director, you will design across a broad spectrum of initiatives, from web assets and performance campaigns to flagship event environments and product launches. You will play an active role in building modular design systems, leveraging AI-powered production workflows, and maintaining an elite quality bar for Copado’s global brand presence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCraft cohesive, high-quality visual designs across web, multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media, events, and executive presentation materials\nOwn and evolve our Figma design systems, component libraries, and modular templates that drive consistency and efficiency across deliverables\nHelp conceptualize and produce visual elements for major industry events such as Dreamforce and TDX, including physical booth graphics, digital signage, and environmental activations\nIntegrate modern generative AI tools (for graphic generation, layout, and content acceleration) into daily design production to scale output and speed up execution\nPartner effectively with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Alliances to bring campaign concepts to life\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of brand design experience\nA strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, web/digital experiences, brand identity systems, and event graphics\nProven ability to synthesize complex concepts into clean, compelling visual communications\nMastery of Figma, including linking design components back to our design system, auto-layout, and design tokens, alongside fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud\nExtensive experience leveraging AI-driven creative tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Figma AI to enhance design workflows and accelerate production\nStrong track record of owning creative deliverables from concept to completion, leading projects with autonomy\nBenefits\nCopado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) Plan\nPaid Time Off\nWellness Perks\nCopado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
