As an Account Executive, you will manage customer relationships, identify and progress opportunities, and apply consultative selling skills to deliver value-based solutions within your assigned territory or market.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and sustain trusted customer relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions.\nManage opportunities and pipeline with discipline, including qualification, progression, forecasting, and follow-through to achieve revenue targets.\nApply consultative selling techniques to align customer requirements with Copeland products and solutions.\nBuild credibility with customers by sharing technical, product, and market knowledge throughout the sales process.\nCommunicate clearly and persuasively through customer discussions, proposals, and presentations.\nUse CRM and sales tools consistently to maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast information.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nFive (5) or more years of experience in B2B or technical sales roles.\nConsultative selling and opportunity management skills.\nAbility to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nDisciplined use of CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.\nLegal authorization to work in the country of employment - sponsorship will not be provided.\nPreferred Experience & Skills\nExperience selling technical, engineered, or solutions-based offerings.\nExperience working across multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.\nTechnical background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related systems-focused discipline.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
