Mantiene una interacción efectiva con empleados de todos los niveles organizacionales.\nRequisitos:\nEscolaridad\nIngeniería Mecánica\nIngeniería Industrial\nCarrera afín\nExperiencia\n3 a 5 años de experiencia en áreas de Manufactura, Ingeniería o Mantenimiento.\nConocimientos\nManufactura\nIngeniería de Procesos\nMantenimiento Industrial\nHabilidades Técnicas\nProcesos de ensamble manual y automatizado.\nManejo de procesos de manufactura.\nInterpretación de dibujos mecánicos 2D y 3D.\nIdiomas\nEspañol\nInglés\nFunciones y Principales Responsabilidades:\nConceptualizar y desarrollar mejoras de procesos y proyectos de reducción de costos.\nProporcionar soluciones innovadoras de ingeniería mecánica para apoyar el diseño de equipos y procesos de fabricación.\nBrindar orientación sobre el diseño de componentes para respaldar las mejores prácticas de manufactura.\nApoyar actividades de expansión de capacidad, desarrollo de nuevos productos y nuevos procesos.\nBrindar soporte de ingeniería para la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.\nDefinir y desarrollar procesos de ensamble y manejo de materiales para nuevos productos.\nCoordinar las actividades de ensamble en nuevos lanzamientos de acuerdo con el BOM (Bill of Materials).\nLeer e interpretar dibujos mecánicos y modelos 2D y 3D.\nDesarrollar documentación técnica para ingenieros y técnicos de procesos.\nProporcionar orientación general y apoyo técnico práctico cuando sea requerido.\nTrabajar estrechamente con ingenieros de manufactura de planta y personal de calidad.\nColaborar con los grupos corporativos de Calidad, Automatización y Controles, así como con Ingeniería de Producto.\nBrindar soporte a una amplia gama de procesos de ensamble, incluyendo: Celdas altamente automatizadas. Procesos de soldadura por resistencia.
