Join our team and start your journey today!\nDEPT: HVACR AMER.US.Lebanon Assembly\nJob Title: Assembler\nShift: 2nd\nHours: 5:00 PM (10 hours shifts)\nSchedule: Monday through Thursday (OT as Needed)\n(Hours and schedule may vary.)\nStart Rate: $19.40/HR ($2 shift differential for 2nd shift)\nSalary Grade: 1\nSUMMARY\nManual duties related to placing parts on an assembly line process, checking defined machine specifications on the assembly line, or performing other related functions.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nMaintains safe and clean working environment, complying with safety rules\nExecute job tasks as defined in work instructions posted in assigned work area (OMS document)\nFlexibility to perform Non-Standard Work as directed by floor leader\nPlacement of component parts on assembly line as required by OMS (Operations Method Sheet)\nAbility to achieve training milestones and complete training protocols\nAcquire knowledge and perform work at multiple work stations or work areas assigned\nAssists in training other colleagues\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach overhead with hands and arms; grasp; stoop; kneel; and/or crouch. Must meet job standards for visual ability, speaking, and hearing in a manufacturing environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
