Join our team and start your journey today!\nThe Asset Manager is a capability support role that is a part of the Digital Marketing team supporting and enabling the strategies of Copeland businesses. The Asset Manager will coordinate with capability owners to manage, document, process, and govern assets and files in the PXM (product experience management) platforms which include PIM (product information management) and DAM (digital asset management) and syncing platforms.\nThe ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing experience with marketing technology (MarTech). Partnering with key marketing, business, and technology leads, the Asset Manager will support the digital capability roadmap and framework. This role will report to the Digital Demand Lead and work directly with both the Product Information Management Leand and the Digital Asset Management Lead.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nPerform administration and operational support across PIM, DAM, Azure storage repositories, and associated systems with a focus on data quality, metadata schemas and associated assets\nManage product-related digital assets including images, documents, videos, technical files, and marketing collateral.\nCreate, maintain, and govern metadata, tagging standards, naming conventions, and asset classification structures.\nAssist building and management of data model structures for data and metadata to manage platform ensuring proper asset categorization, searchability and alignment with integrations\nEnsure assets are properly linked to products, categories, brands, and product hierarchies within PIM and DAM platforms.\nMaintain data and asset hygiene and adhere to standard processes to ensure proper operation of systems (Primarily PIM & DAM platforms)\nSupport asset ingestion, tagging, organizing, migrations, synchronization activities, and publishing workflows.\nMaintain asset quality through audits, validation, issue resolution, usage rights, and governance enforcement.\nCollaborate with capability owners for additional support on operationalizing the capability\nHelp support governance and standards by documenting processes and policies and perform system training for users.\nTrack reports and dashboards to monitor usage, adoption, and asset performance\nCollaborate with creative, marketing, and business teams to operationalize PIM and DAM assets.\nundefined\nOther\nExcellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills\nExperience working with and gathering requirements from stakeholders.\nExcellent listening skills to understand and interpret stakeholder responses.\nStrong facilitation skills to lead requirements and user story sessions\nStrong interpersonal skills\nAnalytical skills to understand health of system and adjust system operation practices\nAdditional Information\n Travel - approximately 1-5%\nRequirements\nBasic\nThree (3)+ years of general digital/martech/IT experience\nOne (1) year of DAM, PIM, asset management, or similar SaaS (Software as a System) experience\nStrong project management and organization skills.\nAdvanced computer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and tools\nAbility to think strategically/critically and problem solve with commitment to achieving goals.\nWork mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) but willing to work on occasional (planned) shifting operations to support the assigned business group.\nundefined Preferred Five (5) years of digital/martech/IT experienceThree (3) years of DAM, PIM, or digital asset management experienceExperience with Aprimo, Salsify, Azure, or related enterprise platformsExperience managing large product asset librariesBasic knowledge in JSONBasic knowledge of AI tools and metadata enrichment processes\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
