Join our team and start your journey today!\nJob Description\nIf you are Assistant Design Engineer, looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Suzhou,You will be responsible for create and maintain good quality of ECN and drawings to support Global Europe team New Product Develop and Sustaining Programs. In long term you can develop the skills of design engineers like force analysis and components design.\nAS ASSISTANT DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL:\nReview the RFES submitted by product teams\nWork with project engineers to clarify / correct engineering change requirements.\nAnalyze BOM changes based on the requirement to identify impacted parts and assemblies, impacted models and impacted plants\nWork with product teams to make sure BOM changes meet the requirements\nUnderstand the released global design standards and apply them to the engineering changes.\nComplete ECN package according to frozen RFES with good quality and on time delivery. Of course Copeland high quality drawing is part of the ECN package.\nECN Package mainly includes Engineering change notice, Excel BOM, NX modeling / drawings, Mechanical specification as well as Teamcenter related settings\nInitiate right ECN process based on the RFES in Team center\nTrack ECN workflow to ensure process runs smoothly.\nTake quick actions when workflow is stuck or is rejected by checkers/approvers.\nWork with BOM team to clarify/understand the BOM issues during the BOM set up.\nAnalyze BOM issues and make quick response/provide solutions to make sure BOM set up successfully.\nPlant Support\nCustomer Special Support\nTeamcenter BOM Set up \nREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS\nAssociate Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering\n0~3 year working experience.\nProficient in NX and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong English reading and writing skills are required; effective verbal communication skills are a strong plus.\nFamiliarity with engineering drawings, GD&T, and mechanical design fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of BOM structures, engineering change notices (ECN), and drawing release processes is preferred.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation accurately。\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global engineering teams.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
