Will also process orders for customers including, order entry and data input, expediting, update orders to comply with customer changes, maintain delivery performance on orders and provide communication to the customer and sales force for all order and shipment information. Must be able to work closely with operations, shipping, materials, quality and scheduling to communicate customer needs. Must be able to manipulate customer websites and the Oracle system.\n.\nResponsabilities\nManage and resolve customer issues\nManage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manaufacturing plant/distribution center to the Customer\nManage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team and external customers\nMaintain customer service process training documents specific to the Reynosa plant\nWork with the materials group, NA CSR team, warehouse personnel, trade compliance and sales team to meet critical customer needs\nEnsure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems\nMonitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery\nAdditional Information\nTravel: 5%\nRequirements\nAble to speak both English and Spanish fluently\nStrong communication skills\nStrong computer skills - Oracle, Microsoft Office including email, excel and word\nStrong problem solving and teamwork skills\nMust be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers\nPreferred:\n· Oracle Experience a plus\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or related field\n2+ years experience in relevant field\nCustomer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
