Join our team and start your journey today!\nAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:\nManage and resolve customer issues\n\nManage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer\n\nManage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers\n\nChecks and analyzes pricing discrepancy, plant capacity for ATP, credit status and coordinates with customer, sales representative and materials department to ensure correct order.\n\nUpdates existing orders in case of changes and coordinates with other parties involved.\n\nEnsure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems\n\nCoordinates and communicates with multiple departments to expedite and deliver critical and past due orders.\n\nMonitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery\n\nProvides shipment confirmation, generates shipment list and open order report.\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:\nAssociate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nStrong computer skills - Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word\n\nStrong problem-solving and teamwork skills\n\nMust be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers\n\nAbility to travel up to 5% of the time\n\nLegal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE\nOracle experience\n\nCustomer service experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
