Join our team and start your journey today!\nAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:\nManage and resolve customer issues\n\nManage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer\n\nManage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers\n\nWork with the materials group, other Copeland location customer service teams, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, and sales team to meet critical customer n\n\nEnsure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems\n\nMonitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery\n\nWHO YOU ARE:\nYou will establish and maintain effective customer relationships.\n\nProvide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.\n\nBe persistent in accomplishing obstacles and setbacks.\n\nBuild strong formal and informal networks.\n\nPick up on situational cues and adjust in the moment.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:\nWe offer work-life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.\n\nNormal 40 hours per week.\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:\nAssociate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nStrong computer skills - Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word\n\nStrong problem-solving and teamwork skills\n\nMust be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers\n\nAbility to travel up to 5% of the time\n\nLegal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:\nOracle experience\n\nCustomer service experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
