We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\nFacilities Engineer Lead\nObjetivo del Puesto:\nLiderar, Planear, coordinar, ejecutar y optimizar las actividades relacionadas con la infraestructura, servicios industriales y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de la empresa, garantizando la continuidad operativa, seguridad, eficiencia energética, cumplimiento normativo y control de costos.\nResponsabilidades Principales:\nGestión de Infraestructura\nAdministrar y asegurar la operación continua de edificios, oficinas y áreas productivas.\nSupervisar sistemas HVAC, aire comprimido, electricidad, agua industrial, gas natural, sistemas contra incendio y servicios generales.\nLiderar proyectos de mejora, ampliaciones, remodelaciones y adecuaciones de instalaciones.\nMantenimiento:\nDesarrollar y administrar programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento mediante KPIs establecidos.\nImplementar metodologías de mejora continua para incrementar la confiabilidad de los equipos.\nGestión de Energía y Sustentabilidad:\nMonitorear y optimizar el consumo de energía eléctrica, agua y gas.\nIdentificar e implementar proyectos de ahorro energético.\nApoyar iniciativas de sostenibilidad y reducción de huella ambiental.\nAdministración de Contratistas:\nCoordinar proveedores externos para servicios de mantenimiento, construcción y obras especiales.\nEvaluar desempeño, costos y cumplimiento de contratistas.\nGestionar licitaciones y solicitudes de cotización para proyectos de Facilities.\nCumplimiento y Seguridad:\nGarantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, medio ambiente y regulaciones aplicables.\nParticipar en auditorías internas y externas.\nAsegurar que las instalaciones cumplan con estándares corporativos y legales.\nAdministración Financiera:\nPreparar y controlar presupuestos anuales y mensuales del área.\nAnalizar costos operativos y generar oportunidades de ahorro.\nGestionar CAPEX y OPEX de proyectos y operaciones.\nRequisitos:\nEscolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Civil o carrera afín.\nExperiencia: 5 a 8 años de experiencia en Facilities, mantenimiento industrial o administración de infraestructura.\nExperiencia en gestión de proyectos industriales.\nExperiencia supervisando contratistas y personal técnico.\nConocimientos Técnicos:\nSistemas HVAC.\nDistribución eléctrica media y baja tensión.\nAire comprimido.\nSistemas contra incendio.\nAdministración de mantenimiento\nMantenimiento Preventivo Total\nGestión energética Código RED\nNormativas de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente.\nsistemas de Enfriamiento (CHILLERS)\nSoftware:\nMicrosoft Office (Excel avanzado).\nAutoCAD.\nPower BI (deseable).\nIdiomas:\nInglés intermedio (capacidad para comunicación técnica y administrativa).\nCompetencias:\nLiderazgo\nCoordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.\nDesarrollo y capacitación de personal.\nGestión:\nPlaneación estratégica.\nAdministración de presupuestos.\nGestión de proyectos.\nPersonales:\nOrientación a resultados.\nPensamiento analítico.\nResolución de problemas.\nComunicación efectiva.\nNegociación con proveedores.\nKPIs del Puesto:\nDisponibilidad de servicios críticos (%).\nCumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo (%).\nConsumo energético por unidad producida.\nCostos de mantenimiento vs presupuesto.\nTiempo promedio de respuesta a fallas.\nCumplimiento de auditorías de seguridad.\nReducción anual de gastos operativos.\nCumplimiento de proyectos (costo, tiempo y alcance).\nPersonal a cargo: Técnicos de mantenimiento, contratistas y proveedores de servicios (según estructura organizacional).\nOnsite Work Arrangement:\nThis role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
