We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\nResponsabilidades:\nEstablecer, implementar y mantener métodos de prueba, equipo y sistemas para los productos dentro del área de responsabilidad. \nInvestigación y desarrollo de métodos nuevos, diseño de equipo y sistemas, para mejorar los procedimientos de prueba \nUtilizar reportes de calidad y del departamento, para medir el desempeño del equipo de prueba e implementar mejoras\nProveer células de manufactura con procedimientos precisos de prueba escritos y rutinas de mantenimiento lista de refacciones para ser utilizadas en documentos de manufactura. \nContribuir con el registro de acciones de los equipos de prueba y de proyectos departamento para propósitos de mejora en el desempeño de estos mismos.\nProveer asistencia técnica, servicios y soporte a las líneas de producto para procesos de manufactura. \nProyectos de documentos de acuerdo con lineamientos activos y formatos implementados. \nImplementar las acciones necesarias para lograr o exceder metas de reducción de costo dentro del área de responsabilidad. \nFunciona como un miembro responsable del equipo con el ing. de producto, calidad y personal de manufactura para mantener un alto grado de calidad y productividad.\nAyudar y apoyar en el desarrollo y programa de entrenamiento del personal de manufactura para la operación del producto y prueba.\nCumplir con política, normatividad y procedimientos aplicables de seguridad en la empresa.\nAutoridad:\nResponsable de dar soporte y coordinar acciones de los técnicos e ingenieros Jr. de prueba.\nPuede definir políticas, estándares y metodologías de prueba para toda el área.\nAutoridad para gestionar recursos: asignar personal, aprobar tiempos y priorizar proyectos.\nCapacidad de aprobar inversiones en equipos de prueba o justificar presupuestos al área de gerencia.\nAutoridad para aprobar planes de prueba y resultados finales de validación para la liberación de productos.\nRequerimientos básicos:\nIngeniero preferentemente Electromecánica, Mecatrónica y/o Electronica.\nMantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de equipo de pruebas.\nDisponibilidad de horario para apoyar en fines de semana.\nDisponibilidad para apoyar en los diferentes turnos.\nExperiencia como ingeniero (mínimo 5 años) en la industria manufacturera de ensamble de producto de tablillas Electrónicas.\nProgramación CVI, Lab View, VB, C++, PLC\nHabilidad para resolución de problemas usando métodos analíticos.\nBilingüe inglés-español (80%).\nExperiencia en manejo y programacion en equipos de Inspección automática (AOI, Sistemas de visión para TH.).\nExperiencia en manejo y programación de equipos ICT, Pruebas Funcionales.\nRequerimientos deseables:\nExperiencia en integración de equipo de prueba.\nConocimientos de protocolos de comunicación, RS232, I2C, TTL.\nVisa para viajar a US.\nConocimiento de métodos estadísticos, para el análisis y mejora del desempeño de los equipos de prueba.\nConocimientos en Lean Manufacturing\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
