Join our team and start your journey today!\nJob Description:\nThe Lead Financial Systems Analyst serves as a key business partner supporting finance-owned systems and applications. This role works closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to support system operations, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate technology-related initiatives.\nThis position acts as a bridge between Finance and Information Technology, helping translate business requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring financial applications continue to support evolving business needs. The role will support a portfolio of finance systems, including ERP platforms, workflow applications, banking systems, and other finance-owned technologies.\nThis role will also support ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including the organization's transition of business processes from JD Edwards (JDE) to Oracle.\nFinancial Systems Partnership & Support\nServe as a primary business partner between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for finance-owned systems and applications.\n\nSupport day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial systems, including ERP platforms and related applications.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and defect resolution.\n\nTroubleshoot system and process-related issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.\n\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, process flows, support procedures, and user guidance materials.\n\nProject & Transformation Support\nCoordinate system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.\n\nGather and document business requirements and assist in developing functional solutions.\n\nSupport testing activities, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation stabilization.\n\nAssist with change management, training, and communication activities related to system initiatives.\n\nSupport finance transformation efforts, including ERP migration and process modernization projects.\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong working relationships across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business functions.\n\nFacilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system solutions.\n\nAssist in prioritizing support requests, enhancement opportunities, and project activities.\n\nCoordinate activities with offshore resources, vendors, and support partners as needed.\n\nGovernance & Compliance\nSupport SOX controls, user access reviews, audit requests, and change management processes.\n\nPromote strong governance, data integrity, and system security practices.\n\nMaintain documentation supporting compliance, controls, and operational procedures.\n\nQualifications Required\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, financial applications, or business systems.\n\nExperience working across Finance and IT organizations to support business processes and technology solutions.\n\nExperience supporting system enhancements, testing, implementations, and issue resolution activities.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a cross-functional environment.\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise systems.\n\nExperience in a business systems analyst, functional analyst, super-user, or ERP support role.\n\nManufacturing, shared services, accounting, or finance process experience.\n\nKnowledge of SOX controls and audit support processes.\n\nExperience supporting ERP migrations, finance transformation initiatives, or large-scale system implementations.\n\nExperience coordinating offshore resources and external vendors.\n\nSpanish language proficiency.\n\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
