Join our team and start your journey today!\nYour tasks will include:\nDesigning and implementing EMC strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC, FCC)\nConducting EMC measurements, analyses and design reviews during the product development phase to identify risks early and optimize product performance\nDeveloping and leading EMC test plans, including pre-compliance and full compliance testing for emissions, immunity and susceptibility\nIdentifying and resolving EMC issues through root cause analysis, including grounding, shielding, filtering, crosstalk, noise coupling and PCB/layout-related topics\nDefining, reviewing and maintaining EMC requirements in design requirement documents and ensuring proper flow-down to subsystems\nCollaborating with hardware, software and mechanical engineers to incorporate EMC best practices into system designs\nLeading EMC documentation, test reporting, compliance evidence and risk assessments while mentoring engineers and supporting global project execution\nStaying up to date with evolving EMC regulations, standards, and testing methodologies, and applying this knowledge to ongoing projects\nIdeally you will bring:\nYou hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a closely related field\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in EMC design, testing and compliance for electronic systems, ideally in a senior or lead technical role\nStrong understanding of grounding, shielding, and filtering techniques for EMC design\nIn-depth knowledge of global EMC standards and regulations (e.g.,CISPR, EN, IEC, FCC)\nExtensive lab experience and proficiency with EMC/RF equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, LISNs, antennas, amplifiers and anechoic chambers\nExperience with schematic and PCB layout reviews and design-for-EMC principles\nStrong independence, stakeholder management, mentoring capability, intercultural competence and solid spoken and written English skills\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
