Drive product competitiveness through continuous improvement in quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Market Requirements\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and application requirements.\nTranslate VOC and regional market requirements into product specifications and development objectives.\nConduct competitor benchmarking and product analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.\nSupport product roadmap development and business growth initiatives.\nNew Product Development Execution\nLead centrifugal compressor regionalization and NPD projects from concept through product launch.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NPD processes, design standards, and project milestones.\nPlan and execute prototype builds, qualification testing, reliability validation, and system verification activities.\nSupport design reviews, product safety reviews, certification activities, and technical documentation preparation.\nDrive technical risk assessment, issue resolution, and product readiness for launch.\nCustomer & Application Support\nWork closely with customers, Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to understand application requirements and translate VOC into engineering requirements.\nSupport feasibility studies, product selection, performance evaluation, testing, and validation activities.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for customer application issues.\nProduct Lifecycle Management & Continuous Improvement\nLead engineering changes, product maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.\nDrive product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction initiatives.\nSupport localization and regionalization programs in collaboration with global engineering teams.\nAnalyze field performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\nManufacturing & Product Launch Support\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Service teams to ensure successful product launch, production readiness, and issue resolution.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and manufacturing-related issues.\n Drive improvements to enhance production efficiency, quality, and supply chain robustness\nGlobal Collaboration & Technical Leadership\nWork closely with global engineering teams and suppliers to support product development and localization activities.\nShare best practices, lessons learned, and technical knowledge across teams.\nProvide technical support to Operations, Sales, and Application Engineering teams.\nEducational and Professional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, Turbomachinery, or related fields\nMore than 10 years (BS) or 7 years (MS) working experience in centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.\nRequirements and Attributes\nProven experience in new product development of centrifugal compressors.\nDeep understanding of centrifugal compressors and turbomachinery design.\nKnowledge of HVAC systems, including system principles, electrical integration, and centrifugal compressor applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProactive mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.\nGood communication skills and ability to work across teams.\nEffective communication skills in English.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
