Join our team and start your journey today!\nJob Purpose\nThis position focuses on developing data-driven insights to support centrifugal compressors Design optimization, performance improvement, and reliability enhancement, enabling data-informed engineering decisions by analyzing test data, field operation data, and simulation results.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Digitalization & Tools Development\nCollect lab performance testing data and field running data of centrifugal compressors.\nBuild automated data processing pipelines and databases.\nApply statistical methods to identify deviations and trends.\nAnalyze compressor thermodynamic performance\nDevelop predictive models for centrifugal compressor performance.\nDevelop customized software and interface for applications.\n2. New Product Development\nSupport aerodynamic and structural design validation through data analysis\nPerform trend analysis on vibration, temperature, bearings, and sealing systems.\nSupport digital twin and smart monitoring/diagnostics platforms\nConduct Root Cause Analysis and support FMEA activities\nSupport customer validation tests and provide technical data analysis\nEducational and Professional Qualifications\nMaster’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Data Science & Applied Mathematics or other related areas\nMore than 7 years (MS) or 4 years (PhD) working experience in centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.\nRequirements and Attributes\nSolid understanding of centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.\nFamiliarity with compressor performance maps.\nHVAC or industrial compressor experience is a plus.\nStrong knowledge of statistical analysis and experience with data analysis tools.\nProven ability to develop customized software and interface for applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nGood communication skills and ability to work across teams.\nEffective communication skills in English.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
