We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\nAR & Collections Analyst\nAccountabilities\nReceive and deposit customer payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and cash remittances are applied to customer accounts.\nPrepare and maintain accounts receivable reports that provide insights into outstanding balances, cash flow, and collection performance, while posting AR activity to the general ledger to ensure compliance with accounting standards.\nCommunicate and negotiate with customers regarding adjustments, deductions, and delinquent accounts to facilitate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.\nCollaborate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to align on collection strategies and ensure accurate accounting practices.\nManage accounts that are in default, performing recovery workouts and implementing strategies to recover outstanding amounts while minimizing losses.\nContribute to the development and implementation policies for managing delinquent accounts to ensure effective collection practices and minimize financial risk.\nProcess adjustments and write-offs for uncollectible balances in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nQualifications and Experience\nEssential:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n0-3 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines\nPreferred:\nMaster’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation\nTechnical Skills and Knowledge\nEssential:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nFamiliarity with financial software and Oracle\nSolid understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices \nLanguages\nFluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
