Join our team and start your journey today!\nRole Summary:\nThe position involves Product Design & Development, including concept creation, detailed design, and preparation of manufacturing drawings. This role also require analytical engineering, engineering change documentation and change management activities, including ECN (Engineering Change Notice) execution, drawing creation and modification, and BOM (Bill of Material) management using PLM tools.\nThe role requires a strong understanding of engineering design fundamentals, industry design standards, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and manufacturing processes to ensure robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective product designs.\nRequirement:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 - 5 years of experience or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent with up to 2 years of experience\nin Design engineering of Refrigeration / Air Conditioning applications and have good understanding of HVAC systems\nStrong understanding of CAD tool to create 3D model and 2D drawing. Preferable tool is Unigraphics-NX\nGood understanding of PLM workflow, BOM and ECN is preferable\nHands-on experience in concept development, structural mechanics and mechanical design principles.\nProficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design\nGood understanding in manufacturing process like casting, machining, sheet metal, etc & ability to corelate manufacturing requirements is advantageous\nExperience in applying analytical and data-driven approaches to support engineering decisions\nCould have knowledge of HVAC&R system, compressor and refrigeration cycles\nKnowledge of Engineering tools like DFMEA, VAVE, DOE is advantageous\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; Well conversant with presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation\nExcellent command over English language both written and verbal\nHigh on Problem Solving & Decision Making\nPositive Attitude & Team Player\nCreative & Affinity to learn new things\nKey Responsibilities:\nIndividual Contributor -\nCreate, review, and modify 3D model & 2D drawings in compliance with engineering standards\nDevelop concept and perform analytical calculations to support design requirement\nStrong understanding of GD & T and tolerance stack-up to verify part fitment and provide solutions\nEnsure alignment of design changes with manufacturing feasibility and product requirements\nMaintain high quality and accuracy in all engineering deliverables\nExecute Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and ensure accurate implementation in design documentation\nManage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) within PLM systems\nWork extensively with PLM tools for data management, version control, and release processes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for project understanding and execution and conduct Design reviews\nContributing to developing new processes and helping to improve current process to create value and Increase quality & speed of delivery\nContribute to innovation and ability to identify automation possibilities\nGood to Have / Future Scope:\nProject management - Project planning, scheduling, risk management to ensure that the projects are delivered on time with expected key performance indicator.\nKey Competencies:\nDetail-oriented with strong documentation skills\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities\nEffective communication and teamwork\nWillingness to learn and expand into advanced engineering tools and domains \nKPI:\nDesign Effectiveness\nOn time delivery\nQuality & Consistency\nInnovation and Process Improvement\nCommunication\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
