Join our team and start your journey today!\nJob Purpose:\nThis position is responsible for the regionalization and development of centrifugal compressors, including structural design & component development, deliver optimized design solutions with optimal performance, best cost, highest reliability and manufacturability.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.Mechanical Structure Design\nResponsible for structural design and development of centrifugal compressors including regionalization and NPD programs.\nPerform structural analysis including stress, vibration, and thermal deformation for risk assessment.\nDrive design optimization to achieve improved performance, reduced cost, high reliability and manufacturability.\n2.Components Qualification\nConduct component development, verification, and technical issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.\nIdentify & mitigate potential risks by using DFMEA, simulation tools and functional tests.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and mitigate manufacturing risk by adopting the PFMEA tool.\n3. New Product Development\nInteract with functional teams to ensure the design checklist and guidelines have been followed and meet program schedule.\nRelease BOM, part drawing and engineering specification by following engineering change process.\n4.Maintain product and support improvement\nWork with global engineering team for global product regionalization.\nProvide technical solutions for continuous maintenance and improvement after product launch.\nEducational and Professional Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related areas\nMore than 4 years (BS) or 2 years (MS) working experience in centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.\nRequirements and Attributes:\nProven technical knowledge on centrifugal compressor structure and design principles.\nStrong Knowledge of manufacturing processes.\nProficient in 3D modeling tools with solid knowledge of GD&T.\nFamiliarity with digital simulation tools.\nFamiliar with FMEA methodologies and tools.\nKnowledge of Rotor dynamic & Aero dynamic is a plus.\nGood communication skills and ability to work across teams.\nEffective communication skills in English.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
