Join our team and start your journey today!\nWe are looking for an Oracle IT Analyst with hands-on functional experience beyond end-user activities, who is motivated to build and grow a long-term career working with Oracle E-Business Suite.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable, and business-aligned Oracle solutions that enable efficient Procure-to-Pay and Order to Cash operations and continuous process improvement.\nThis job is based in Pune- Maharashtra - India.\nWe provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite.\nDesign, configure, and support Oracle R12 SCM /Distribution modules, including Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Inventory, and iSupplier, Shipping , WMS , Pricing ensuring correct setup of profile options, flexfields, and business rules.\nMap existing (“as-is”) business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized (“to-be”) processes aligned with Oracle EBS capabilities.\nCreate and maintain functional documentation, including scope documents, functional design documents, use cases, process flows, and user training materials.\nDevelop and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nProvide end-user training and ongoing functional and technical support, including issue resolution and management of Oracle Service Requests (SRs).\nAct as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery of IT solutions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities.\nFor This Role You Will Need:\nUniversity degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with strong functional expertise in Distribution (Procurement/Order Management) modules.\nSolid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/ Order to Cash(O2C) lifecycle and related supply chain business processes.\nExperience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.\nExperience creating functional documentation and process maps.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for querying tables and reading packages.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nFunctional knowledge of ASCP AND Manufacturing modules.\nExperience working in a global or cross-functional environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.\nProactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
