Join our team and start your journey today!\nPosition: Marketing Coordinator - Sydney\nReporting to: Head of Marketing\nLocation: Sydney, Australia\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nRole Purpose\nThis role supports the global marketing operations of Bueno Analytics, with a focus on digital marketing, content, events, social media, and international market expansion. The Marketing Coordinator will help strengthen our regional presence across Australia, UK, and Europe - and as we grow, additional regions. The role spans SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, CRM management, content production, and event coordination, with day-to-day support across the full marketing mix.\nThe successful candidate will be a proactive, all-round marketer who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to longer-term strategic projects.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role will be defined by:\nImproved organic search visibility and backlink profile across Australia, UK, and EU markets\n\nConsistent, high-quality content and social media output across key channels\n\nWell-coordinated events delivered on time and to brief across AU and UK/EU regions\n\nMeasurable growth in social media engagement and reach across platforms\n\nClean, segmented CRM data that supports effective outbound marketing and ABM campaigns\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Website SEO, GEO & Localisation\nConduct keyword research tailored to Australian, UK, and European audiences\n\nIdentify backlink opportunities with high domain authority\n\nAudit existing web pages and recommend SEO improvements\n\nSubmit listings to relevant directories for increased visibility\n\n2. Content Creation & Localisation\nCreate and adapt marketing content for regional audiences acrossAustralia, UK, and Europe (mainly using PowerPoint and Word)\n\nSupport coordination of website localisation and translation as regionalpresence grows\n\nAssist with copywriting, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing collateral\n\n3. Event Coordination & Venue Sourcing\nSupport the planning and delivery of events across Australia and the UK/EU\n\nResearch and compare venue options, covering AV, catering, and scalability\n\nIdentify cost-effective solutions that retain a high-quality experience\n\n4. Social Media & Digital Content\nManage content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms\n\nGrow organic reach and engagement while maintaining alignment with SEO strategy\n\nMonitor performance metrics and report on traffic growth, keyword alignment, and audience trends\n\n5. CRM & Contact Management\nMaintain and segment CRM data for outbound targeting and campaign management\n\nBuild and maintain AU, UK, US, and EU contact lists aligned to ABM campaigns\n\nTag and format records for better performance in marketing automation\n\n6. Digital Advertising Support\nSupport setup and monitoring of low-budget, high-impact digital campaigns\n\nTrack campaign delivery across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn)\n\nAssist with asset prep and reporting\n\nRequired Skills & Qualities\n1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environment\n\nSolid understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practices\n\nProficient with PowerPoint, Excel & Word.\n\nExperience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS management\n\nHighly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nProficient with Microsoft & Google Workspaces, and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (desirable)\n\nClear written communication and attention to detail\n\nLegal authorization to work in the country of employment - sponsorship will not be provided.\nAbout Bueno\nBueno Analytics transforms building performance for tenants and owners, creating smarter, more efficient spaces.
