Join our team and start your journey today!\nJOB SUMMARY\nPanel Services builds electrical control panels for customer applications. All electrical control panels vary by size and complexity and are built to Engineering and UL508A specifications. Employees will be responsible for but not limited to the mounting, wiring, cutting, and assembling of various components required in the build process.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures as required.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings, and physically wire according to them. (these skills will be tested in the interview)\nRequires occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds and heavy hand tools on daily basis (8-10 hr shift)\nInstall components, crimp connections, and route wiring with attention to detail while meeting specifications\nProduce assemblies, apply labels, and package peripherals\nWork requires the use of hand tools and power tools while standing 8-10 hour a day\nActively learning roles and responsibilities and requires supervision\nMaintain an organized work area for safety and productivity\nUse computer ERP system to perform transactions\nAssist verifying stock accuracy with occasional cycle counts\nPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor\nStanding for long periods of time during an 8-hour shift\nMust be able to work quicky while adhering to quality and production standards in a fast-paced work environment.\nMust be able to learn quickly\nMust be able to use power tools and hand tools including : drills, electric screwdrivers, crimping tools, & jigsaws, etc…\nSKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT\nHigh School Diploma\nRelated experience and/or technical training preferred\nComputer skills including MS Office, E-mail, and current Windows OS\nWORK SCHEDULE\nHourly, Non-Exempt\nProduction Department - Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with ½ hour lunch and two 10 minute breaks.\nOvertime, including Saturdays, as required to meet business demands\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
