Join our team and start your journey today!\nDescription\nThe Procurement Systems Manager will support the implementation of the Copeland Business System best practices across the enterprise with a strong focus on procurement and supply chain through lean capabilities. They will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally and with the procurement, operations, materials, and supply chain leaders to ensure successful implementation while being a driver of culture change. The right candidate will have experience in lean management as well as experience in the procurement function, ideally within a manufacturing organization.\nAs the Procurement Systems Manager, you will:\nLead the Process Excellence function within the larger Procurement Excellence team\n\nApply Copeland Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement\n\nFacilitate impactful global improvements, specifically focused on the procurement function in alignment with strategic objectives and expectations\n\nManage the Process Excellence team while mentoring, training, and guiding the group to achieve business goals\n\nCollaborate with the Oracle IT teams to enhance the Oracle platform to align with global policies\n\nConnect with the analytics organization to develop standardized metrics and dashboards\n\nDocument newly rolled out processes as per global policies and train key business users\n\nBecome the SME on Oracle procurement and planning processes for the center-led procurement organization; build trust with the BU procurement and materials teams\n\nAnalyze business metrics, trends, and processes to develop improvement strategies\n\nDesign new analytics and KPIs focused on process improvement and system parameter accuracy; train users to adopt new dashboards and reports\n\nUtilize a team-oriented structured problem-solving approach to analyze current conditions, diagnose problems, and identify improvement opportunities; demonstrate success with data\n\nUncover and investigate complicated problems using data and various systems; make recommendations to cross-functional teams to resolve any issues\n\nRequired education, experiences & skills:\nBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or IT field\n\nMinimum 7-10 years of related work experience in a continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT functional analysis role\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment\n\nPrior work focused on driving system and process change\n\nIntermediate to advanced experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud but will consider other ERP experience\n\nExperience with lean transformation and rollout across multiple businesses with a global platform\n\nProven knowledge with developing business analytics, preferably with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or Domo; SQL or other programming experience is desirable\n\nPrior experience leading projects and tracking goals and milestones\n\nExperience building presentations and presenting to functional business leaders\n\nAbility to engage with all levels of the organization, including training of peers as well as executives\n\nApproachable leader always willing to train and mentor direct reports as well as others\n\nAbility to travel 10-25% (mostly domestic travel)\n\nPreferred education, experiences & skills\nMasters’ degree in business, supply chain, finance, or engineering preferred\n\nPrior ERP implementation experience highly desirable Why Work in the Greater Miami Valley Area Our facility is located in Sidney, OH conveniently located within driving distance to several larger cities, such as Dayton, Troy, and Columbus.
