Join our team and start your journey today!\nRequirement:\nMaster’s Degree in Thermal Engineering / Heat Power\n2 to 5 years of experience in technology development, advanced product development, compressor technology or rotating machinery applied to Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or any other applications.\nHands-on experience in concept development, technology maturation, and development of innovative engineering solutions from concept to validation.\nStrong foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and mechanical design principles.\nVery keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovation.\nProficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product testing.\nHands-on experience with GT-SUITE for 1D system and performance analysis.\nAbility to develop, calibrate, validate, and troubleshoot models for thermodynamic, fluid flow, heat transfer, and mechanical systems.\nExperience in applying analytical and data-driven approaches to support engineering decisions and technology development.\nKnowledge of HVAC&R systems, compressors, refrigeration cycles, engines, or other thermal-fluid systems.\nUnderstanding of model calibration, sensitivity analysis, and design optimization techniques.\nFamiliarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and data analysis methods.\nAbility to interpret analytical results and provide engineering recommendations.\nProficiency in engineering calculations and system-level performance evaluation.\nExperience in using tools and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, Mathcad, Excel VBA, or equivalent automation and analytical tools is preferred.\nGood understanding of engineering fundamentals including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProficiency in Engineering tools like DFMEA, VAVE, DOE is Must.\nProject Management skills required to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to coordinate with cross functional teams to meet requirements of NPD & Improvement projects.\nExperience in manufacturing process & ability to corelate manufacturing requirements with design is must.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; Well conversant with presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation.\nExcellent command over English language both written and verbal.\nHigh on Problem Solving & Decision Making.\nPositive Attitude &Team Player.\nCreative & Affinity to learn new things.\nSelf-motivated, innovative, and passionate about developing next-generation technologies and engineering solutions.\nAdded Advantages:\nStatistical Data analysis and Predictive modelling\nProficiency in Mathcad or MATLAB, Python\nKnowledge of casting, Sheet metal and manufacturing processes\nKnowledge of Reliability Engineering\nExperience in model-based engineering and digital engineering methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nIndependently handle the projects from start to end with complete project ownership.\nDevelop and validate analytical, mathematical, and GT-SUITE models.\nResponsible to meet the project expectations,\nProvide engineering proposals\nPerform Design calculations (thermal, machine design & fluid mechanics) Independently\nVerify functionality/correctness/manufacturability for new design component and product Design\nWork with various engineering teams to execute the projects in the areas of mathematical modelling, Technology development, Advance Problem solving.\nConduct Design Reviews and present the work to Business Unit.\nCoordinate with labs for proto build and performance testing.\nPerform validation, test report analysis, and resolve performance issues.\nWork seamlessly with cross functional teams to successfully complete the projects.\nResponsible for project management of the projects - Project planning, scheduling, risk management to ensure that the projects are delivered on time with expected key performance indicators.\nContributing to developing new processes and helping to improve current process to create value and Increase quality & speed of delivery.\nContribute to innovation, process improvement, and engineering best practices.\nKPIs:\nOn time delivery\nModel Validation and Correlation Accuracy\nTechnology Readiness Advancement\nTechnical Reporting\nDesign Effectiveness\nQuality & Consistency\nInnovation and Process Improvement\nCommunication and Collaboration\nOptimization & Problem Resolution Effectiveness.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
