Join our team and start your journey today!\nWe are seeking for a Project Engineer in Czechia, Mikulov (full onsite).\nKey responsibilities of the role:\nNew product development, design concept\nTechnical support for customers, cooperation with production, procurement, quality and other company departments\nOptimization and cost reduction of components\nOptimization of control systems and logics, Management of NPD projects \nNew product concept generation\nMechanical engineering (components sizing, systems mathematical models set up, ...)\nPlan, supervise and evaluate qualification, verification and validation tests of compressors, components and systems\nPerformance and reliability testing, test data processing and evaluation\nWriting engineering reports\nProject management - project cost control, project and resources planning\nLean development principles application & Perfect execution\nProject status reporting\nEngineering/Lab project team leading, work prioritization, motivation, tasks assignments\nCooperation and coordination with colleagues from other European Locations, US and Asia\nDFMEA, Risks mitigation, Risk analysis, problem solving analysis\nCertification of products / components according to applicable standards\nPrototyping and troubleshooting\nProduct platform technical ownership, innovations and cost reduction\nImplementation of product changes in documentation\nCreating / updating new product specification\nNew SW qualification & SW parameters setting\nProduct benchmarking\nTest equipment design\nReporting to upper management\nRequired qualifications and experience:\nMaster's degree of mechanical or electromechanical engineering\nEngineering education/experience in Thermodynamics \nMore than 1-2 years technical position in industrial environment\nExperience with product certification processes\nProject team leadership experience \nGood understanding of mechanical designs and BOM structure\nGood written and oral communication skills\nEnglish language - B2, Czech - fluent-both mandatory for this position\nMS Office daily user (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nProject planning and tracking\nSystematic approach to problem solving\nProduction technology knowledge\nTeam player, cooperative person\nHigh motivation and commitment\nInnovative and analytical thinking\nPassion for technology\nFlexibility, willingness to travel worldwide\nPro-activity and self-initiation\nPrioritization, time management skills, good self-organization skills\nResults orientation and self confidence\nAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines\nPreferred qualifications and experience:\nKnowledge of compressor and electrical motors\nKnowledge of refrigeration systems\nNX software\nTeamcenter software\nGD&T, Stack-Up analysis\nAdvanced Excel programing\nAbout the location:\nCopeland in Mikulov has development, production and testing laboratory under one roof.
