Join our team and start your journey today!\nWe are recruiting a Technical Engineer to support cold chain and refrigeration customers across Germany. This role is focused on refrigeration applications and requires strong technical understanding of cooling systems used within commercial and industrial cold chain environments.\nThe successful candidate will provide expert technical guidance to customers while supporting product application, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical development activities.\nKey responsibilities of the role\nServe as the primary technical interface between OEM R&D teams and internal engineering teams during new product development projects\n\nProvide technical support during specification, design, and refrigeration system selection activities\n\nSupport customers with cold chain and refrigeration application expertise\n\nDeliver technical product demonstrations and support technical discussions during the sales process\n\nProvide remote and onsite technical support throughout the product lifecycle\n\nAssist with implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation supporting field applications\n\nSupport strategic and high-profile customer accounts through regular engagement and site visits\n\nMonitor industry trends, refrigeration regulations, and emerging technologies\n\nCollaborate with internal Technical Sales Engineers to exchange technical knowledge and field experience\n\nFor senior-level profiles, support account planning and identify commercial growth opportunities\n\nRequired skills and qualifications\nExperience within refrigeration, cold chain, or commercial cooling applications\n\nStrong understanding of refrigeration system applications and customer integration requirements\n\nExperience supporting OEMs, contractors, or end users within the refrigeration market\n\nStrong technical problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills\n\nAbility to provide both remote and onsite customer support\n\nPreferred skills and qualifications\nKnowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems is highly desirable\n\nPrevious experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer\n\nExperience supporting key or strategic customer accounts\n\nStrong autonomy and ability to work independently in a field-based role\n\nExisting knowledge of the European cold chain or refrigeration market\n\nIf this sounds like you, please apply.
