Join our team and start your journey today!\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nJOB TITLE: MDM Vendor Domain Analyst\nRESPONSIBLE TO: Master Data Lead\nSUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES:\nProcesses MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.\nTriages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents.\nSet-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.\nCorrects defects and data quality issues.\nValidate that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.\nPersistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes. \nMaintain integration processes to support on-going data quality.\nWrites reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.\nIdentify and recommend process improvements.\nPerform data cleansing and validation.\nBASIC REQUIREMENTS:\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a procurement or business support role\nDemonstrated understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling\nExperienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)\nStrong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in clear and concise business communications\nFlexible, well-organized and ready for self-development\nDetail-oriented\nAdvanced English, Chinese\nRemark:\nThe above is not an exhaustive list of the duties allocated to the position.
