Join our team and start your journey today!\nPosition Summary\nThe Operations Analyst will support business transformation initiatives at Copeland's Canadian headquarters by analyzing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading structured change management activities that drive successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. This role works with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales and Business Leadership teams to improve performance, minimize disruption, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Operational Improvement\nAnalyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.\nGather, document, and validate business requirements for operational initiatives and transformation projects.\nDevelop business cases, process maps, and operational impact assessments.\nTrack KPIs related to service, quality, productivity, inventory, cost, and customer performance.\nPerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies\nChange Management\nDevelop and execute change management strategies aligned with project objectives.\nConduct stakeholder analysis and organizational impact assessments.\nCreate communication, engagement, and training plans to support organizational readiness.\nPartner with leaders and managers to build understanding, alignment, and sponsorship for change initiatives.\nIdentify and manage resistance to change and implement mitigation strategies.\nMonitor adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve engagement and sustain results.\nProject & Transformation Support\nSupport cross-functional transformation projects from planning through implementation.\nCoordinate project activities, milestones, risks, and action plans.\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders.\nTrack project performance and provide reporting to leadership teams.\nEnsure operational readiness prior to deployment of new processes or systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\n3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, supply chain, continuous improvement, project management, or change management.\nExperience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAuthorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
