We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram & Production Readiness\nLead operational readiness planning for production volume increases and new product introductions.\n\nDevelop and manage detailed readiness plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and execution reporting.\n\nEnsure all operational functions are prepared to support targeted production ramp schedules.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to remove barriers impacting production readiness.\n\nMonitor program performance and escalate critical issues impacting launch objectives.\n\nDistribution & Logistics Readiness\nDevelop logistics strategies to support increasing production output.\n\nEvaluate transportation, distribution center, warehouse, and material flow capabilities.\n\nLead initiatives to improve inbound and outbound logistics performance.\n\nEnsure supplier, carrier, and distribution networks are aligned to future production requirements.\n\nIdentify capacity gaps and implement solutions before production increases occur.\n\nOperations Improvement\nLead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nImprove productivity, throughput, inventory management, and operational efficiency.\n\nDrive process standardization across manufacturing and logistics operations.\n\nImplement operational metrics and dashboards to track readiness and performance.\n\nFacilitate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational issues.\n\nCapacity & Supply Chain Planning\nAssess manufacturing and logistics capacity against future demand projections.\n\nCoordinate workforce, equipment, storage, and transportation planning activities.\n\nSupport Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning processes.\n\nIdentify operational constraints and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nAlign suppliers and internal resources with projected production requirements.\n\nRisk Management\nMaintain operational risk registers and mitigation plans.\n\nIdentify potential bottlenecks related to labor, equipment, materials, warehouses, and transportation.\n\nLead contingency planning efforts for supply chain disruptions.\n\nDrive issue resolution through structured project management methodologies.\n\nStakeholder Management\nPresent project status, risks, KPIs, and recovery plans to senior leadership.\n\nCoordinate activities with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.\n\nBuild strong relationships with plant leadership and external logistics partners.\n\nFacilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and executive steering meetings.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.\n\n7+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing start-ups, plant expansions, or production ramp-ups.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and material flow.\n\nProven track record leading operational improvement initiatives.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments.\n\nAdvanced project planning and risk management skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Mexico manufacturing operations.\n\nPMP certification.\n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.\n\nAPICS/ASCM certification.\n\nAutomotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume production experience.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nProduction readiness milestone achievement\n\nRamp-up schedule adherence\n\nOn-time delivery performance\n\nDistribution capacity readiness\n\nLogistics cost reductions\n\nInventory turns improvement\n\nWarehouse throughput improvement\n\nProduction volume attainment\n\nSupplier readiness metrics\n\nOEE improvement\n\nRisk mitigation effectiveness\n\nContinuous improvement savings\n\nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can successfully coordinate manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain organizations through a rapid production ramp.
