Join our team and start your journey today!\nOverview\nThe Product Manager owns the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to obsolescence, defining what to build by translating market and customer needs into solutions that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation. This role is responsible for developing product roadmaps, managing product P&L, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities. The Product Manager partners cross-functionally to deliver and maintain innovative, high-impact products that meet business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute 5-year product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle from development to obsolescence\nSet product priorities for new developments and manage product P&L to optimize margins\nCreate comprehensive business cases outlining expected returns\nDefine product positioning and ensure designs meet customer use cases\nOwns and accurately maintains product information throughout the lifecycle\nGather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to inform product features and functionality\nTranslate market and customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and technical direction\nBalance growth, cost, and profitability through disciplined product portfolio and lifecycle management\nOwn product data integrity and structure, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with global data standards to enable effective commercialization, analytics, and digital tools\nSupport pricing strategy and execution by providing product inputs (e.g., cost, features, value drivers) and partnering with Pricing to enable value-based pricing, margin optimization, and competitive positioning\nDevelop and support sales enablement tools (e.g., product documentation, technical collateral, value drivers) to ensure accurate representation of product capabilities and effective customer engagement\nPartner cross-functionally (engineering, operations, commercial) to ensure successful delivery and adoption\nContinuously refine products based on performance, feedback, and evolving customer needs\nKPIs\nRevenue and profitability by product line \nMarket share growth vs. competitors \nROI on new product development \nRoadmap execution (on-time, in-scope delivery) \nCustomer satisfaction and product adoption \nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum five years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.\nProven leadership and communication skills with success in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver product roadmaps and achieve revenue goals.\nAdvanced proficiency with product lifecycle management tools, data analysis platforms, and performance tracking systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills rooted in data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product development.\nA relentless pursuit of excellence and a strong desire to build innovative products that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation.\nDeep commitment to ownership, continuous learning, and taking proactive steps to improve product outcomes.\nPreferred Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.\nAdvanced knowledge of product positioning, pricing strategies, and P&L management.\nExperience in developing business cases, ROI analysis, and product roadmaps.\nDeep understanding of Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, translating into product requirements.\nFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and tools.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
