This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and customer engagement.\nYou will own products throughout their lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that drive business growth. Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers, you will help shape the future of refrigeration controls across North America.\nAS A PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL:\nDevelop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life \nDefine product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs \nManage product profitability and support business case development for new product investments \nGather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and product enhancements \nDefine product positioning and value propositions \nSupport pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities \nDevelop technical and commercial sales enablement materials \nCollaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption \nMaintain accurate product data and documentation throughout the product lifecycle \nDrive continuous product improvements based on market trends and customer feedback \nREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline \nMinimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role \nKnowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems \nStrong interest in technology and product development \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills \nAbility to influence and gain alignment across multiple functions \nFluent English \nAble to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic with some international)\nPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:\nExperience with refrigeration applications, controls, or food service equipment \nBackground as an Electronics Engineer, Application Engineer, or Technical Sales professional \nProduct management experience within industrial, refrigeration, HVAC, or controls industries \nUnderstanding of commercial refrigeration systems and customer applications \nExperience working with international and cross-functional teams \nFlexible Work Schedule - Hybrid Work Option and Core Hours\nThis role has the flexibility of a hybrid work from home option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
