Join our team and start your journey today!\nJob Description:\nThe Product Manager owns the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to obsolescence, defining what to build by translating market and customer needs into solutions that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, managing product P&L, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities. You will also partner cross-functionally to deliver and maintain innovative, high-impact products that meet business objectives.\nAS A PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL:\nDevelop and execute 5-year product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle from development to obsolescence\n\nSet product priorities for new developments and manage product P&L tooptimizemargins\n\nCreate comprehensive business cases outlining expected returns\n\nDefine product positioning and ensure designs meet customer use cases\n\nOwns and accuratelymaintainsproduct information throughoutthelifecycle\n\nGather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to inform product features and functionality\n\nTranslate market and customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and technical direction\n\nBalance growth, cost, and profitability through disciplined product portfolio and lifecycle management\n\nOwn product data integrity and structure, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with global data standards to enable effective commercialization, analytics, and digital tools\n\nSupport pricing strategy and execution by providing product inputs (e.g., cost, features, value drivers) and partnering with Pricing to enable value-based pricing, margin optimization, and competitive positioning\n\nDevelop and support sales enablement tools (e.g., product documentation, technical collateral, value drivers) to ensureaccuraterepresentation of product capabilities and effective customer engagement\n\nPartner cross-functionally (engineering, operations, commercial) to ensure successful delivery and adoption\n\nContinuously refine products based on performance, feedback, and evolving customer needs\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience and at least5years of experience in product management, product development, or acomparablefield.\n\nProven leadership and communication skills with success in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver product roadmaps and achieve revenue goals.\n\nAdvancedproficiencywith product lifecycle management tools, data analysis platforms, and performance tracking systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills rooted in data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product development.\n\nA relentless pursuit of excellence anda strong desireto build innovative products that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation.\n\nDeep commitment to ownership, continuous learning, and taking proactive steps to improve product outcomes.\n\nAble to travel 15-20% on average\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:\nAdvanced knowledge of product positioning, pricing strategies, and P&L management.\n\nExperience in developing business cases, ROI analysis, and product roadmaps.\n\nDeep understanding of Voice of Customer (VoC) insights,translating into product requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and tools.\n\nCollaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:\nThis role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
