Join our team and start your journey today!\nMAIN DUTIES\nPre-Sales Support\nCollaborate with Sales team and senior project engineers to understand and quantify customer requirements.\n\nParticipate in pre-sales meetings under guidance of senior team members.\n\nRespond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP requests.\n\nSupport Senior Project Engineers in crafting technical portions of proposal scopes.\n\nResearch and Quoting\nResearch options and request quotes for outsourced components or custom products.\n\nAssist in determining project specifications through analysis of product design and requirements.\n\nStudy performance standards and customer requirements to ensure accurate quoting.\n\nProject Execution Support\nProvide technical support during pilot implementation and evaluation.\n\nAssist in training field resources on basic technical aspects.\n\nSupport document handover and training sessions for support groups.\n\nDocumentation and Process Improvement\nAssist in developing and maintaining Project Services forms and documents.\n\nSupport the creation and updating of survey forms, drawings, and commissioning forms.\n\nCollaborate with Field Services to gather feedback on implementations.\n\nCustomer and Sales Support\nAnswer basic internal and external technical questions.\n\nProvide technical input to sales teams for strategy development.\n\nDocumentationDocument all necessary instructions per functions.\nMaintain and update existing documentation.\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.\n\nAdditional FunctionsLog all activities regularly in QuickBase or iTime.\nMaintain accurate records of time spent on projects and tasks.\nSupport administrative tasks as needed.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWith 1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or process improvement like automation \nPreferably Electronics or Mechanical Engineering graduate\nWORK CONDITIONS\nThis role has a night shift schedule (9pm to 6am or 8pm to 5am) \nWe have a hybrid work arrangement and we work on-site for thrice a week\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
