Desarrollar una cultura de cumplimiento, mejora continua y respuesta oportuna a desviaciones, con un enfoque en la prevención y la optimización de procesos logísticos y de calidad.\nIngeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín (título profesional requerido).\nCertificación como Auditor Interno ISO 9001:2015 (deseable).\nCertificación Six Sigma Green Belt (deseable).\n Inglés: Intermedio - Avanzado (lectura y redacción técnica).\nNormas ISO 9001:2015 y metodologías de auditoría interna.\nSistemas de gestión de calidad (SGC) y mejora continua.\nBuenas prácticas de manufactura y distribución.\nControl de indicadores de desempeño (DPPM, RGA’s, Aging, Scrap).\nManejo de herramientas estadísticas (Minitab, Excel, Power BI).\nNormatividad de comercio exterior y cumplimiento regulatorio (Trade Compliance).\nCultura 5S y seguridad industrial (EHS).\n\nResponsabilidades:\nInspeccionar material de incoming y validar cumplimiento de especificaciones del producto terminado.\nCoordinar auditorías de embarque y verificar integridad del material previo al envío.\nGestionar el proceso de RGA’s desde el registro hasta el cierre con análisis de causa raíz.\nEmitir reclamos a proveedores y dar seguimiento a planes de acción correctiva y preventiva.\nAutorizar créditos de garantía conforme a la evaluación técnica y evidencia documental.\nElaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño de calidad.\nMonitorear indicadores clave: DPPM, Aging, costos de RGA’s y desempeño de proveedores.\nParticipar activamente en auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.\nMantener el cumplimiento con los procedimientos de Comercio Exterior y normativas corporativas.\nPromover la cultura 5S y la seguridad operacional dentro del Almacén.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
