This role requires search for potential candidates, attend job fairs, career events, and partner with local organizations to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that staffing needs are met and will act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job openings.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of candidates by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.\nSource candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, community outreach, and local schools/universities.\nDevelop relationships with local staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.\nSchedule and conduct interviews in person or via video/phone as required.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and support in the interview process.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.\nProvide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.\nWork closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.\nTrack recruiting metrics, such as the number of interviews conducted, offers extended, and time-to-fill for open positions.\nProvide feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.\nHandle job offers, background checks, and other pre-employment activities as necessary.\nFlexibility in working hours may be required to attend evening or weekend events.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.\n2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on field or in-person recruitment.\nExperience in high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, and relationship building is preferred.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.\n\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
