Join our team and start your journey today!\nDescription\nThe Senior Manager, Program Management, is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution and optimization of strategic priority marketing initiatives for the Marketing, Brand and Digital function. This role is responsible for standing up and establishing program management best practices for the Marketing function, ensuring cross-functional alignment, mentoring and executing disciplined program management and successful delivery and acceleration of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing complex marketing or digital programs with a proven ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.\nThis role cab be based in St Louis, MO; Sidney, OH or Boise, ID.\nAs theSenior Manager, Program Management, you will focus on:\nProgram Management Operational Excellence & Governance\nIn partnership with the Enterprise PMO, leverage, improve and create standard work to align with enterprise and industry best practices\nDevelop program plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures and success metrics for the program management discipline\nLeverage and continuously improve program management processes, best practices and operating rhythms \nCreate executive-ready status updates, dashboards, scorecards and business reviews \nMonitor program performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and impact \nEnsure adherence to budget, compliance and organizational standards \nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement and program and project management rigor within the Marketing team \nProgram Strategy & Execution\nLead end-to-end management of large-scale marketing programs and strategic initiatives with alignment to annual/long-term marketing and business strategy \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives \nIdentify risks, dependencies and resource requirements, proactively driving mitigation plans \nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with all Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand function leaders as well as external agencies \nFacilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution of marketing initiatives\nDrive effective communication, decision-making and issue resolution across teams \nStakeholder Management\nAct as key liaison between Marketing and other functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication between shared initiatives \nPrepare presentations, reports and communications for senior leadership\nProvide visibility into program health, key decisions, risks and business outcomes\nInfluence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights \nRequired education, experiences & skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field\n8+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, or similar leadership role \n3+ years in managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects within a corporate or enterprise environment \nExperience managing team members and/or other project managers \nProficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., CORA, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms) \nStrong understanding of LEAN principles and their application in marketing operations. \nExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills \nProven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver results \nPreferred education, experiences & skills:\nMaster’s degree\nWhy Work in St. Louis, Missouri Our facility is located in St. Louis, famous for its Gateway Arch standing at 630 feet tall.
