We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.\nWe are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement reliability strategies to improve OEE, equipment uptime, and operational performance.\nLead PM, PdM, and TPM initiatives.\nMonitor equipment performance metrics and improve reliability KPIs, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.\nLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nUtilize CMMS systems to track equipment history and reliability trends.\nSupport training and development in reliability and TPM best practices.\nTroubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI systems.\nImplement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles into capital projects.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent maintenance/reliability experience.\nMinimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, or controls experience.\nAllen-Bradley PLC programming experience, including RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, and Logix Designer.\nAllen-Bradley HMI configuration and programming experience, including FactoryTalk View SE/ME and PanelView systems.\nExperience implementing PM, PdM, and TPM programs.\nExperience with CMMS systems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCMRP, CRE, or similar certification.\nExperience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.\nKnowledge of robotics, machine vision, and industrial networking.\nBilingual English and Spanish preferred.\nWorking Conditions\nManufacturing plant environment.\nTravel up to 25%.\nAbility to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift moderate weight.\n\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
