Join our team and start your journey today!\n(Senior) Technical Sales Engineer\nPosition Overview:\nJoin us as an Experienced Technical Sales Engineer in our Sales team. At Copeland, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to provide world-class Pre-sales and after-sales technical support to our ambitious Heating & AC, Transportation, Energy Station, Process Heating customers in East China.\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate regularly with customers to understand product profiles, technology trends, and competitors’ information.\nSupport customers in compressor selection and testing.\nDeliver technical training and seminars, providing guidelines, solutions, and recommendations in product and application.\nVisit customer sites to diagnose technical issues through system testing and data analysis.\nAddress and follow up on quality issues related to line and field returns.\nAssist internal teams in solving engineering design problems.\nParticipate in new product development projects and prepare necessary technical documents.\nRequired education, experience, and skills:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering.\nMechanical Engineering and Electrical degrees are acceptable with relevant AC/Refrigeration experience.\n8+ years of experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering.\nProven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when confronting difficulties.\nProficient in building relationships and a standout colleague attitude.\nProficient in English.\nStrong analytical and logical abilities.\nWillingness and ability to learn quickly.\nOur Commitment to Our People\nAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
