Join our team and start your journey today!\nSenior Motor Control Engineer\nJoin our team as a Senior Motor Control Engineer where you will be at the forefront of innovation, developing and optimizing advanced motor control systems that power our next generation products. In this role, you will use your extensive expertise in motor control algorithms, embedded systems and power electronics to develop solutions that will exceed standards for performance, efficiency and reliability. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of motor control and making a real impact, this is the right opportunity for you.\nYour tasks will include:\nDesign, optimization and implementation advanced motor control algorithms, including Field-Oriented Control (FOC) and Direct Torque Control (DTC)\nUtilization of MATLAB/Simulink for system modelling and control validation\nDevelopment and implementation of innovative methods to enhance motor control performance in the end application\nIdentification and resoling of complex motor control issues during development and deployment phases\nEnsure motor control systems adhere to safety standards and industry regulations\nConduct system-level tests to ensure performance, reliability, and safety\nFine-tune control loops (speed, torque, position) to meet specific application requirements\nPrepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to achieve cohesive system designs\nIdeally you will bring:\nundefined\nYou hold a degree in Control and Drive Technology, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field\nThis academic background is complemented by several years of hands-on experience in developing control algorithms for motor applications, particularly within variable speed drive technologies\nYou are proficient in MATLAB and Simulink, as well as programming in C and C++.
