The area of focus will be with the Export Services team, but the position will also support key initiatives, programs and specific functions associated with Global Logistics, International Trade Compliance and our Supply Chain Integration/ Procurement Business Systems. The expectation is to regularly evaluate and assign this position to the area that will most benefit to the overall business.\nJob Responsibilities:\nSupport US export business, including direct service and communications with both offshore customers and Copeland plants\nCoordinate with order management team in Reynosa and customers for timely communication and scheduling of orders\nWork with schedulers at North American manufacturing plants on delivering orders to request date\nLead / guide / support key programs and initiatives for Export Services, Logistics, Trade Compliance and Procurement Business Systems transitions\nBusiness analyst and support role for all Oracle and other Procurement Business Systems transitions (OTM, GTM, EBS, SLM, etc.)\nSupport Oracle Procurement training initiatives (internal and external clients)\nRefine and improve processes to ensure prompt communication of all required export documentation to the customer's nominated forwarder\nLiaison between the Export Services team in Sidney and the Export Warehouse in Mt. Comfort\nSupport roll-out to both internal and external clients of new processes and technologies, particularly new Business Systems related processes and workflows\nSupport all pricing activities and initiatives associated with the US export business\nBasic:\nCandidate must have a minimum of bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain.\nMust be detail oriented and must possess excellent analytical skills.\nMust be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
