Terms and Equipment list.\nHeat & Mass balancing of whole project.\nPreparation of B.O. & manufacturing items list.\nPreparation of Piping material specifications\nMaterials and valves selections and preparation of line list.\nPreparation of Enquiry Sheets of all bought Items.\n Preparation of Technical data sheets of various BO Items of projects like : Compressors, Blowers, Centrifugal Fans, Heat Exchangers, Bag Filters, Cartridge Filters, Moisture separators, Tubes, Pipes, Flanges, fittings, Valves i.e. Butterfly, Plug, Globe, Disc check, Ball, Gate Valve etc.\nFreezing of P&I Diagram by coordinating and technical discussion with Customer.\nGA Drawings review and approval of all the Bought-out items.\nPreparation of BOM for whole plant.\nCoordination with works to get the status of Manufacturing items.\nCoordination with Project & Purchase dept. to deliver the whole Project’s material to customer within given timeline.\n3-D review to extract Isometric drawings of pipelines.\nExecution and co-ordination of changes within the dedicated tasks\nPreparation of necessary component documentations and the respective, general plant\nundefined\nParticipation in order-specific quality assurance\nPrepare specifications and datasheets in accordance with project requirements to ensure all compliances are met.\nReporting to manager & aiding as and when required.\nProvide supervision and direction to Subordinate Engineers.\nData Management in software related to engineering projects.\nDocumentation of technical equipment & engineering activities in Projects.\nInter-departmental Coordination (with E&I, Factory, Inspection, Logistics etc.)\nTeam:\nThis role will be part of the Project Team.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelors in Mechanical Engineering(B.E & B.Tech)\n· Knowledge of mechanical engineering and basic knowledge of process technology.\n· 8-10 years experience in order handling within the plant engineering industry, especially for the petrochemical downstream industry\nAble to come up with new ways of doing things\nBe thorough and pay attention to detail\nAnalytical thinking skills\nPersistence and determination\nLeadership and motivational skills\nFamiliar with Detail Engineering work flow.\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests.\nGood Communication & Interpersonal Skills.\nWho we are:\nCoperion:\nCoperion is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, bulk material handling and service, bringing a wealth of know-how and experience to the market.
