The role ensures adherence to documentation standards, project schedules, quality requirements, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with global engineering and project teams.\nWork You’ll Do:\nLead and mentor a team of technical writers and documentation specialists.\nPlan, assign, and monitor documentation activities to ensure on-time delivery of project documentation.\nReview and approve technical documents for accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards.\nCoordinate with engineering, project management, manufacturing, service, and product experts to gather and validate technical information.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in documentation processes, templates, tools, and workflows.\nSupport resource planning, workload balancing, and project prioritization.\nTrack team performance, quality metrics, and project status, and provide regular updates to management.\nSupport training, onboarding, and professional development of team members.\nParticipate in documentation tool evaluations, content management initiatives, and digital transformation projects.\nEnsure compliance with documentation standards, customer requirements, and internal quality processes.\nTeam:\nTechnical Documentation\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.\n6-10 years of experience in technical documentation\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of technical documentation principles and structured authoring concepts.\nExperience creating operation manuals, maintenance manuals, spare parts catalogs, installation guides, and customer documentation.\nKnowledge of XML/DITA-based authoring environments and Content Management Systems (CMS/CCMS).\nExperience with documentation tools such as TIM, Paligo, ST4, MadCap Flare, Adobe Experience Manager Guides, or similar platforms.\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to review technical content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.\nExperience working with global engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted documentation, content reuse, and digital documentation solutions is an added advantage.\nExposure to process improvement initiatives and documentation quality management.\nWho we are:\nMold-Masters (www.moldmasters.com) is a leading global supplier of hot runners, controllers, auxiliary injection and co-injection systems.
