Your work will directly contribute to safe operations, consistent quality, and long-term performance for our customers and our team.\nLocation: Whitewater, WI\nShift: 1st shift\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.; Friday, 6:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nPerform TIG and MIG welding, fitting, setup, and layout of raw and formed metal to produce parts that meet print, tolerance, and quality requirements.\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to complete work accurately and efficiently.\n\nClean, grind, and finish welds using grinders, bevellers, torches, and standard welding tools to achieve required weld quality.\n\nInspect welds, identify defects or weaknesses, and repair weldments as needed to maintain structural integrity.\n\nComplete basic maintenance of welding equipment and your workstation to support a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.\n\nSupport lean manufacturing and 5S practices to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency on the shop floor.\n\nFollow ISO 9001 standards, work instructions, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant production.\n\nTEAM:\nYou’ll work closely with skilled manufacturing and operations teammates who value collaboration, respect, and shared accountability.
