This role is responsible for engaging eligible members by phone, explaining program benefits clearly, addressing objections, and moving members into enrollment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high daily call volume, follows word tracks closely, and knows how to create trust quickly while staying efficient and focused on outcomes.\nThis is a remote, non-exempt (hourly) work-from-home role operating Monday through Friday.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nMake a high volume of outbound calls each day to eligible members for chronic care program enrollment\nConsistently complete 150 calls per day\nAchieve a target of 6 or more new enrolled members per day\nUse approved word tracks and compliant outreach language to explain the program and guide members through next steps\nBuild trust quickly with members while keeping calls focused, efficient, and enrollment-oriented\nClearly explain program benefits, including support from home, connected devices, and nurse-led care\nHandle member questions and common objections with confidence and professionalism\nIdentify interested members and move them into the appropriate next step in the enrollment process\nComplete live transfers or scheduled handoffs as needed\nAccurately document call outcomes, dispositions, and enrollment activity in company systems\nMaintain strong follow-up discipline and complete all required outreach attempts\nMeet productivity, quality, and conversion expectations consistently\nWork closely with leadership and peers to improve messaging, performance, and enrollment outcomes\nMaintain a professional and reliable remote work environment during scheduled work hours\nWhat you’ll bring:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n2+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, call center, customer service, patient outreach, member engagement, or enrollment support preferred\nProven ability to work in a high-volume outbound call environment\nComfortable making 150 calls per day in a structured performance-based role\nStrong ability to follow tactical word tracks and approved messaging\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to sound clear, confident, and professional on the phone\nAbility to overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward enrollment\nStrong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills\nComfortable working in a metric-driven role with daily activity and conversion goals\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment with strong personal accountability\nExperience in healthcare, health plans, chronic care, remote patient monitoring, or member enrollment is a plus\nFamiliarity with CRM, dialer, or outreach platforms is a
