We are seeking a hands-on Working Lead who combines deep mechanical assembly expertise with the ability to guide and support a high-performing manufacturing team. In this position, you will spend the majority of your time performing complex assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing activities while also providing day-to-day leadership and coordination for the team.
